He first advised us to know what your technology does and doesn’t do. He reviewed current glaucoma technology, including Disc topography, deviation maps, and visual fields. He discussed using structure and function to map and track progression.

He also discussed new virtual reality technology in visual fields. In addition to VF tests, these can also perform visual acuity tests, ptosis fields, color vision, pupils and EOMS- you certainly can get a variety of data points.
