Program Structure
CLOSE will entail five phases. Each phase will be based around a webinar meeting that will be preceded and followed by a survey. Additionally, each phase will provide the attendee with valuable resources on the webinar that will be sent after the webinar to support the concepts discussed. The following are the dates of each webinar:
Phase 1
TAKE STOCK
Date: Thursday, February 13th, 2025
Time: 5:00pm - 7:00pm Pacific Time
Clinicians will be sent surveys regarding diagnostic andtherapeutic options currently available in their practice.
CLOSE Will Then:
Provide a Blue Print
Create a Diagnostic Plan
Clinicians will start to formulate treatment protocols based on what they are discovering.
Phase 2
CREATING THE ALGORITHM
Date: Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025
Time: 5:00pm - 7:00pm Pacific Time
Surveys will be sent out on the diagnostics and incorporation of strategies from Phase 1.
A logical diagnostic algorithm will be created based on the data collected from the surveys.
Algorithms will include differentials, such as evaporative, aqueous, etc

Phase 3
BILLING & CODING
Date: Tuesday, June 17th, 2025

Surveys will be sent out on the diagnostics and incorporation of therapeutic strategies from Phase 2.
Data collection from clinicians on current billing and coding strategies.
Discussion on the intricacies of OSD management:

FILLING THE GAPS

Discussion of advanced in-office procedures.
Understanding the gaps in treatment that these fill.

All webinars will be recorded and available to individuals enrolled in CLOSE on demand throughout the year.
The intent will be to proceed through CLOSE in the order presented in order to get the maximum impact from the program.
Continuing Education (CE) will not be offered for this initiative. This is intended for clinicians who want to change the trajectory of their practice by enhancing patient outcomes.
