This course will discuss the most up to date surgical co-management with an emphasis on the growing role of the optometrist. We will discuss how optometrists can more involve themselves in both the pre and postoperative care of their patients with regards to LASIK, SMILE, ICLs, and refractive lens exchange as well as managing ocular surface disease prior to refractive surgery to optimize success.
